We are looking for a proactive, organized intern with strong spoken English skills to support our Resource Management team with administrative tasks, report generation, and simple automation efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the Director of Operations and gain hands-on experience in operational management and process improvement in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

What you’ll be doing 💪
- Support daily resource management activities (assignment changes, availability tracking, system updates).
- Perform administrative tasks related to resource operations.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on capacity, utilization, and assignments.
- Build simple automations to streamline manual tasks using Google Sheets and App Script.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Document and suggest improvements to existing processes.
- Participate in meetings and follow-ups led by the Director of Operations.

What you’ll bring to the table 🧑‍💻
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Engineering, Business Management, or similar. Alternatively, you can be considered for the position as long as you can generate a student's insurance document by your educational center.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Google App Script is a plus.
- Strong spoken English (no need to be certified)
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
