Caterpillar is looking for a Finance/Sales Intern to develop an Efficiency Operation Metric tool "from scratch" and be able to present it to our regional team as part of our Best Practices Strategy. The student filling this position learn more about Lean process and teamwork and make an impact on our business by contributing directly to improve the measure of response time metrics and give us a tool to have visibility of the performance of each member of the origination team.

Objective: Commercial analysis will provide information about the market and our competitors to develop commercial strategies.

What you will do:

1.Development of projects associated with the commercial area, to incorporate this into the company's practices.
2. Review processes and opportunities for improvement.
3. Professional development, implementing technical and soft skills.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preference Industrial Engineering, Commercial or other related.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, advanced excel is preferable.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge and interest in analysis and databases
English Intermediate- Advanced
Insurance issued by the University

Top candidates will also have:
Knowledge of Salesforce.
Knowledge of Power BI.

Duration of the internship / Hours: 6 MONTHS
Specific benefits:
• Amount of CLP/ 300.000 (gross) per month to cover expenses related to the development of the program.
