Caterpillar is looking for an HR Human Resources intern to support various HR functions and contribute to our Best Practices Strategy. The student filling this position will gain hands-on experience in HR processes, teamwork, and make a significant impact on our business by assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
Objective: The HR intern will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR analytics, to support the development of effective HR strategies.
What you will do:
Assist in events and initiatives from the HR department.
Support in regional HR projects.
Support in communications.
Update HR SharePoint and promote its use.
Support in reviewing and updating company policies.
Assist in daily HR tasks such as organizing employee files, updating records, and supporting HR initiatives.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preference HR or Commercial Engineering or related.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, advanced excel is preferable.
English Intermediate- Advanced
Insurance issued by the University
High communication skills
Duration of the internship / Hours: 6 months.
Specific benefits:
• Amount of CLP/ 300.000 (gross) per month to cover expenses related to the development of the program.
