About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Backend / AI Engineer with strong Python skills who wants to build APIs, backend applications, and integrate AI models into real-world solutions. You will work with technologies such as FastAPI, LangChain, and MCPs, and use AI models like OpenAI, DeepSeek, and others to execute automation tasks.

At Bluthrive, we work with AI as a co-developer. You will use AI tools to generate and improve code, helping deliver automation projects for global clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications and APIs using Python and FastAPI.

Integrate AI models (OpenAI, DeepSeek, etc.) into automation workflows.

Use AI tools to generate and optimize code for production use.

Collaborate with other developers and project teams to deliver automation solutions.

Work with technologies like LangChain, MCPs, and React for full integration projects.

Requirements

Good knowledge of Python and basic experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.

Interest or experience in using AI models (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Anthropic, etc.).

Ability to understand and communicate in English (written or spoken).

Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.

Self-driven and goal-oriented; we focus on outcomes, not hours worked.
