Summary:
The HR intern reports to the HR Officer and will be dedicated to different ongoing and new HR initiatives focused on HR strategy plans, and implementation of new initiatives of HR services and processes. The intern will support administrative activities, as well as actively participate in the design and implementation of the HR tasks.

Requirements:
Minimum requirements (must have):
•Students in the last year of the following university careers (enrolled in Chilean institutions):
-Business Administration
-Psychology
-Sociology
•Proactive, eager to learn, and can-do attitude.
•Good communication skills.
•Advanced English and Spanish level.
•Available for a minimum of 2 months period (Monday to Friday scheme)
Desirable Requirements (an asset if present):
•Good command of computer skills (Excel and Word).
Internship conditions:
•The internship is based at ALMA in Santiago, Monday to Friday during regular working hours.
•Work is typically performed in an administrative environment, mainly indoors.
•Hybrid mode will be evaluated as per the organization's needs.
